I am writing to share with you our experiences with the water softener system and the R.O. system. We have really enjoyed the quality of the drinking water, it tastes so pure and makes ice cubes that are clear! I always hated putting ice cubes in my water with our previous R.O. system because they did not come out clear. they tasted awful and made little floating things appear in my glass of water.

The water softener makes my hands so soft when I wash the dishes, do cleaning, or even just washing my hands after using the bathroom. It's really amazing how it cleaned my shower. My husband is a mechanic for a dealership, so you can imagine the grease and grime on the bottom of the shower. After the system was installed, I decided to put the water to the test. Using only water, a bar of ivory soap, and a soft scrub sponge I was able to clean all of that nasty black mess of off my shower - and with minimal scrubbing! (see before and after pictures below) I had tried everything on that stuff - from shower cleaners to toilet bowl cleaner. I really enjoy how much I DON'T have to clean now.

There were also some stubborn grease stains on my carpets (from my husband) and those came up with the water as well. We had just bought a new carpet shampoo machine before you came into our lives, and now we don't even need to use it! Now I don't ever have to smell those awful chemicals, or get inhalation burns from the chemicals, or even the way that chemicals leave your hands so dry and itchy. Thats a big A+ for me because of my 2 year old daughter - I don't have to worry about her getting ahold of a hazardous chemical.

As for taking showers, my hair has never felt softer! My duahgters eczema is not nearly as bad as it used to be, which I believe is from the softness of the water. We were using a moisturizing body wash before, but now it doesn't seem that we have to. Now the only reasons I use lotions is for the pretty scents and the ones that have a tanner in them.

Well, I sincerely appreciate the help with everything by getting us hooked on this wonderful system. I hope that this letter helps people in deciding on buying their own water softener system. Believe me, you will love it!

She says that the hard water deposits on the fixtures are finally gone. She also likes how much softer her laundry comes out now and says her skin and hair are softer. I know the real reason she bought that water softener though, it was so my feathers would look so much better and the water would taste better so now I really enjoy taking my baths. I want to thank you for introducing me to the Aqua Guard Water Treatment System. While I'll admit that I was skeptical at first I'm glad that I purchased the system. In just the few short weeks that I have been utilizing it, I do notice a significant difference! If nothing more than the fact that the water tastes better, leading me to drink more of it on a daily basis, the system would be worthwhile. However, I have found more benefits than just better hydration. My laundry and dishes/glasses definitely gain from softer water. My showers leave me feeling less dried out, enabling me to notuse lotions. My hair has certainly benefited from needing less shampoo. I thought all of that was just a good sales pitch. Imagine my surprise when I found it was true! Even my cat seems to drink more water now and I always use to worry that she didn't drink enough.

I hope that more people are able to benefit from the Aqua Guard System, Water is such a precious commodity. It would be a shame not to get the best out of it!

...Let me give you another example: I wash dishes everyday and we would go through on average one big bottle of Cascade Complete probably once every week to two weeks! Our system was delivered just before Thanksgiving this past year and I am still on the same bottle of Cascade, 12 weeks later! The longevity of the cleaning products because of the amount used is much less, literally pays for the system itself!

...Lastly and most important to me and my family was your warranty! Knowing we could have gone with another company to purchase a water softener and an RO system, we are confident that we could never have received that wonderful customer satisfaction you provide to your clients.

A friend's horror story: In fact, we have friends who did hear from you and chose to purchase a system from a mutual friend of ours instead. Unfortunately for them, their customer service has been a nightmare. Not only did their installation take almost an entire week, the contractor installing the system lit their house on fire. Within the next week, our friends were calling us to find out what setting we thought their system should be set to...because the contractor did not know, and this is the same person they get to report all warranty issues to. (Not our family!)

Our installation was incredible! Within a few hours the system was in and the installers were explaining everything to me. I loved that they answered all of my many questions thoroughly and that I had someone come out and check on my system to prove it was working properly for my family within the next week! Everyone, including yourself, have been a blessing to our family and we truly appreciate all you and the entire company has done for us!

The Aqua Guard Water Treatment system has revolutionized the way things are done in our household. The sheer effectiveness of the Aqua Guard Water Treatment system is incomparable to other such systems.

In doing the laundry, we have noticed a signifcant change in the color and quality of clothes, sheets, towels etc. The difference is staggering when compared to washing these items in untreated water. Colors seem to stay much longer, towels and sheets are softer etc.

...I've also noticed a difference in the spotting on our faucets in the tubs and sinks. Spots now wipe away leaving a shiny chrome finish, whereas before the system I would have to scrub at them and they still wouldn't wipe clean. We thought my brother who lives with us might be having some health issues because his hands kept peeling and were really dry; as soon as we put the new system in, his condition went away.
